Fun first steps into diving. For the new swimmer.

Recreation
1 practice per week
Fun-focused sessions for beginners to learn basic diving skills in an age-appropriate group setting.

šÆ Goal: Learn basic skills, have fun, and build confidence.

Competitive
3+ practices per week
Our most committed athletes train with high-performance goals in mind.
š 3+ sessions/week (including dryland), 1.5 to 2 hours each
šÆ Goal: Prepare for competitions while continuing to enjoy the sport.

Learn To Dive
2 - 3 practices per week
Ideal for those wanting more practice and deeper skill development.
š 2 sessions/week, 1 hour each
šÆ Goal: Progress beyond the basics and explore diving at a pre-competitive level.
