Competitive

3+ practices per week

Our most committed athletes train with high-performance goals in mind.
šŸ•’ 3+ sessions/week (including dryland), 1.5 to 2 hours each
šŸŽÆ Goal: Prepare for competitions while continuing to enjoy the sport.
