Cancellation Policy

By submitting the Edge Diving Club's Registration form you: 1) Certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the diver named on the registration form and that you have full legal authority to make decisions regarding your child's participation in the Edge Diving Club Program and the sport of diving: 2) Understand that there is an inherent risk of injury, both minor and serious, in the sport of diving: 3) Certify to the best of your knowledge, the diver is physically fit to participate in this sport, in good health and you are unaware of any medical condition which might make the Diver's participation in the Edge Diving Club or the sport of diving inadvisable and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Diver's participation in the sport of diving and membership in the Edge Diving Club: 4) Release and waive all claims, demands, actions and suits made or brought against the Edge Diving Club, arising as a result of any injury or loss suffered by the Diver or any other person in connection with the Diver's participation in the Edge Diving Club Program and you agree to indemnify and save the Edge Diving Club, its officers, directors and coaching staff, harmless losses, costs, charges, counsel fees and other expenses of every nature or kind arising directly or indirectly from or in any way in connection with the Diver's participation in the Edge Diving Club. I have read and understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth on the following page of this registration form and agree to be bound by the rules of the Edge Diving Club.
